What are the exact dimensions of the corner sites. often it is mentioned as divide by 2 like below,
east to west 6.0 + 3.0 /2...whats the exact dimension in this case.

These are not exact rectangular shaped sites. There will be variations in the width of the site. In this case, if this site is coming in the area of 20 X 30 ft sites, we can say Front side width is 6 mtrs and in the back side its 3 mtrs.
So on an average it will be considered as 6+3/2 = 4.5 mtrs width.
Hence for a 20 X 30 kind of site, now the exact dimension will be 30 X 14.7 = 441 sq.ft instead of the actual 600 sq.ft.
