Would you be able to provide a detailed quotation for house construction including priced Bill of Quantities and specifications considered for the works all based on the Architect's drawings which will be issued to you by the Client/Owner? Do you enter into a formal contract agreement as well?

How much time should be considered while planning a 1,600 t0 1,800 sft house (G +1) on a 2,400 ft plot - RCC framed structure, compound wall on front & back, 100% solar and open well & rainwater harvesting?

Note: Project is in planning stage; yet to employ an Architect.
