Suggestions for good gated community layouts

Hi
Can anyone please suggest me good gated community layouts around Sarjapur Road, Marathahalli, Electronic City,Whitefield and Bannerghatta Road etc.
I am looking for something in the range of 1400 to 1800 . Any suggestions would be helpful. I need something that is habitable in 3-4 years from now.
