Hi All, need advise on why the plot rates in RR Nagar and it's surroundings are growing rapidly compared to other areas? Some of the BHEL/BEML layout areas are near 10K and even developing areas are asking over 7K here. Any reason why this is so?
also any recommendations for a upcoming good layout on mysore road within Nice road junction which has good potential in the next 5 years?

I think within nice ruction prices are quite high, If you are ok to little further I mean just after nice junction there are many good layouts like kanakashree layout(BDA approved), Basaweshwara Layout(I think BDA noc) these are attached to BDA Kempegowda layout which have potential growth..
