How much is the cost to build 4 sides boyndary wall

Dear forum members,

I have a 40 X 60 BDA site in Anjanapura and want to construct a boundary wall on all 4 sides. Road facing is 40 feet and depth is 60 feet. I just want to construct boundary wall only and no house construction yet. The wall is just a simple brick masonry and no plastering, height roughly about 5 feet from the ground.

Can any of you please suggest me what will be the approximate cost for the construction and also let me know any good contractor for the job?

Here is the costing as per full material + labour BOQ of my contract I shared earlier in another thread. I am very bad at negotiating costs so this may not be very accurate.

Total perimeter approx 60 meters assuming a 1.5 meter 4 inch (100 mm) block wall with 0.5 meter 8" (200 mm) solid block Foundation with 4 inch PCC .
Other possibilities are 8 inch solid block unplastered or plastered with same 0.5 meter block foundation.

There may be +/- 20% difference due to raw material cost variations or one time small job or buying material and getting done by labor rate etc

1. PCC. 60 x 0.1 x .2 = 0.12 cubic meters
Cost 0.12x 4200 = 504/-
2. Foundation 60×0.5×0.2 = 6 cu meters
Cost 6x6500 = 39000/-
3. 4 inch Wall 60x1.5x 0.1 x 4850 = 43650
If you go for 8 inch block wall 60x1.5 x 0.2 x 6500 = 117000/-

Total = 83184 rs.
If you want both sides of wall plastered with CM 1:4 mix
Total surface area = 60x1.5x2 = 180 square meters
Both side plastering Cost: 145000/-

Total two side plastered 4 inch wall = 2.28 lakhs.
Unplastered 8 inch wall cost = 1.17 lakhs
Both sidePlastered 8 inch wall= 2.62 lakhs
