please suggest safe areas or developments to invest

Hi ,

We are looking to buy bigger site like 2000 sq ft plus size with below 2k per sq ft cost, for investment and may not sell it for 5 years or so. Could you please suggest any safe areas or developments in south Bangalore or in any area with predictable appreciation.

Can't get bda sites in that budget, as far as I know, you'll need to go for other plots.
There are a lot of plots in many areas like Kanakapura road, etc. in that budget. Think and check well before buying properties.

Hi, try near upcoming Challaghatta metro station, two year's back I purchased a 30x40 Ekatha site @2200 sqft in Yellappa layout which is in between PRR and Challaghatta village, at that time 60x40 sites were quoted at 1800 rs sqft, maybe now you might get at 2000 rs.
