Khatha Transfer Procedure

Dear All,
Recently I have purchased the plot BDA in Sir M Vishweshwaraiah Layout 4th Block. Now I would like to transfer the khatha to my name. Currently I am the third owner.
Kindy let me know the correct procedure please as I am getting confusing to apply online or directly will go to BDA office -Thanks
