Good BDA approved layouts

Post by bdakolv »

I am looking for good BDA layouts for constructing a house in next 1-2 yrs. Below are some layouts that I found. Do you know the current prices here? Also if there are any other layout suggestions that are not too far then please let me know.

- Kurmarswamy Layout (found some add saying 60lakhs for 2400sqft east facing. Is this reasonable?)
- ISRO layout
- Bank Officers Layout.

Are these layouts better than RR Nagar? Any known legal or other issues?

- 60 Lakhs for 2400sqft in kumarswamy layout is very reasonable if the location is gud.As far as i know the rates in this layout is not less than 3500/- to 4000/- psft .I have visited few plots some time back near kumarswamy layout 2nd stage where the plots are in low area i.e near 15F bus stop(around 1 to 1.5 km from Dayanand Sagar college). The rates were approx 16 L to 20 L for 600 sqft based on area and plot facing.

- no doubt JP nagar 8th Phase 2nd Block is a very good location.

Its in the range 2500 to 2900 I believe. It will be 17KMs to MG road. The time taken to travel is a bit difficult, even to make a wild guess, but I would say any time between 45mins to 2hrs !!
