What is the difference between BBMP \ BMRDA \ BIAPPA

As per my understanding. Within a radius of X (say 15 km) is under BBMP jurisdiction. After that the authority will be BMRDA, BIAPPA depending on the location. If it is North near airport, then it is BIAPPA. If it is south near Mysore road then it is BMIC. Rest all are under BMRDA
