Can I Combine two 20x30 sites to make 40*30

Hi,

If I get BDA sites of Dimension 20x30 which is adjacent to each other, will it be possible to combine them into 40*30. Will the permission for building on such plots will be a problem?

You can combine both the sites and make one building in it.Both sites should be registered in one name to get single sanction drawing.

In that case two 50*80 sites can be combined to build an appartment - considering BDA has stopped giving approvals for apprtment building in less than 8000 sqft ???

Hi kiran,
You can combine two 50x80 sites and get approval for apartment.But it has to be a non bda layout . In a BDA site you cant make an apartment.

Yes. It is possible. Anyway you will get the sanctioned plan approval, khata from BDA, for the BDA approved layout site.
