Im planning to buy commercial properties like office space/shop rooms and I'm looking for someone who can answer related questions i have.

Hi ,
Im looking for pros and cons of buying the commercial property. I have residential property with tenants and with that i know how things works with residential tenants.
If i buy commercial property like office space and have tenants, would like to know how things work like maitenance, kahta,lease agreement. Just like to know the experience of Ower who has commercial property.
