Commercial vs Residential BDA plots

Hi, Anyone has info on how are BDA sites categorized into commercial or residential ? Are all 50x80 sites commercial ?

most of the corner sites and properties which are situated on roads with more than 60ft are considered as semi commercial..
the commercial ones depends on type of commerce which is going to occupy or apply for trade license..
