Hi Guys,

I require some help in finalizing the purchase of a plot. I have two options

1. (20 * 30)BDA site is well developed area close to the ring road(2000 rspsqft).
2. 30*40 site some 21 km from city in a small private layout near Doddabalapur road(1000 rspsqft) there is absolutely no development as of now.

With respect to above two options which one is a good option for investment with pros and cons?

My personal opinion is that you should go for 1st option. It can serve dual purpose. Investment cum home.

Could you please let me know more details about the 20x30 BDA plot that you found. Details like the exact area,gated community name, etc..
