If I want to construct a house, which would be better location in near future? What are long term prospects?

I have been offered a site in 5th block East facing for 1825/sqft.
kindly let me know if this is a good rate to buy,will be goin got direct regn. no loan.

Do check if the employees layout had a clause of lease period before allocation. Additionally do analyse legal aspects with a lawyer. That apart there shouldn't be any problems.

Rate seems ok with a small negotiable component. Do check if it is a site given to a farmer as compensation for their farm land. If so do check if the guy had siblings. You should contact a lawyer. That apart it is a BDA land so you should happily go ahead untill locaton, direction and other aspects are as per your expectation.

Even I have some plots in this BDA employee's layout. I was inclined to buy one, but only concerned about any legal clause or something which had prevented the owners to sell their plots so far.The brokers say that now the onwers have a NOC from the society and the registration is little distinct in the sense that both husband/wife and children will regeister to our names. Am not fully convinced about this transaction and nobody is giving the right picture. Also I can hardly see any house being constructed in this entire locality of 500 sites, so even that is little surprising considering the fact that this is near to kanakpura road.
If anyone has more details on it, please advise.

There is a commercial building about to be completed in this layout and 2-3 houses are under construction. It may take another 2 years to get some activity started.

Hi - I dont know abt BDA employees layout, but some pointers about BSK 6th Stage.

Allmost all want to sell here. No one wants bo build.
Allmost all are quoting 1500 - 2500 and this price is exhorbitantly high. I wonder how many trades are done.
Real estate brokers have more shops here than houses in this area.
Real estate brokers have agreement for 80% - 90% of sites. So they are all sellers; quoting more price.
I have been seeing this area for 4 years. They say that it will double next year. Forget double; reality is its not selling and current prices. however, owners are holding on their assets so its not falling either.
In my opinion, even after 4-5 years, the prices will remain the same or experience <5% growth. Those days of double is almost gone, coz there are so many sellers.
Finally, the reality is too simple to ignore. It takes a full 2 hrs to travel to MG road from here. Agreed that it is well connected to electronic city and other places; but thos who want to go to electronic city and other places will buy it elsewhere and this crowd is mostly apartment lovers!

Any idea how 'liquid' are these sites?
Say, if I buy one now and want to sell in about a year, how easy is it to find buyers?
And any feedback on "West" facing sites (not a specific query related to this layout!), will the demand for it be drastically lower than North and East facing sites?

Also, I can see in some of the previous posts dating close to a year back that there is a commercial building about to be completed in this layout and 2-3 houses are under construction. The scene is almost the same still.. not sure if anything if fishy or is just the right pace of development.
Someone pls throw some light if you are aware of any info..

I have a plot in hara fresh fields. Is it a right time to sell, how much shall i quote? It is next to Sobha Suncrest ,Banashankari 6 phase.
