BDA sites eligibity

Hi,
I would like to apply for the BDA sites in future whenever any new sites comes up.
Can someone let me know about the following -
1. Eligibility Criteria.
2. Documents needed.
3. Applying process.

i feel you are too optimistic and in a hurry. it may take some more months or years for BDA to make such announcements about formation of new layouts. Since 2004, BDA is struggling to make the proposed Arkavathy layout. So please wait for such announcements from BDA and then they give detailed advertisements in all the necessary requirements in all the leading newspapers of karnataka.

Some queries regarding the eligibility list -
1. For "Domicile of Karnataka for 15 years prior to date of registration." - What document can be produced as proof?
2. Is the criteria "Persons who does not own Site/House/Flat." mean person applying for a BDA should not have any existing property in his name?
