There are many projects on the road leading to Manipal County Club at Singasandra. Can anyone give me feedback about this location? Specifically resale value, how safe is the area, water availability, scope for renting etc..

One of my colleagues told me the there is an industrial belt in this area notified by Govt. Though I dont have any confirmation on the same as well as not even sure if this is correct, just sharing it with you. Probably somebody else in this forum will have more details abt this ...

their are many good apartments from many bldrs, but anything u have to come to hosur rd
