Banks offering plot loans

any banks offering composite loan - where upto or more than 3 years time gap to construct house option avlbl? for BDA /BMRDA/CMC approved sites.

idbi gives composite loans. But you have to START construction within a year.

but I came to now that Indian Bank gives plot loan upto 5 years period of no construction time. only for BDA/BMRDA/BBMP sites with plan approved.

max time limit is only 2 years, irrespective of the banks, as the PLR rates are very volatile in the recent years. No bank has guts to take such risk by giving a gap of upto 5 years. Moreover it doesn't benefit for the customer of income tax benefit, if he has a medium term range for construction.
