Hi Folks,

I have seen few properties near Jayanagar HBCS near Chartered Beverly. The agent has shown me one property in a private layout next to Jayanagar HBCS called "Rajeshwari Enclave" or Khaitan Layout. I have seen the property documents and everything looked perfect. Has anyone heard about this layout ? If yes, any feedback or opinion ?

I am kind of a frequent visitor to Turahalli/Gubbalala but never heard of this layout. I know "Veeranjaneya Layout" which is next to Chartered Beverly.
Is this "Khaitan" a BDA Approved layout and what rate they are quoting now. And how many sites do they have.

As per documents it is actually "Rajeshwari Enclave". It is an A Khata Property.
