Any latest update w.r.t prestige falcon city project?.Has the project started?How can this impact land rates around the area and especially konanakunte.Opinions greatly appreciated.

They have not yet started any constructions. When I had inquired couple of months back they said ground work to start from December. Hopefully we should see ground work starting from Jan-Feb.

The latest on PFC - Agreements are being prepared. JMC has been awarded the construction contract and Construction is about to begin.

I have heard from prestige employee few days back, Rate is Rs.6200/-sft and going raise rates to Rs.7000/-sft shortly
