Regarding Supreme Court Order on Arkavathi Laoyout.

Dear all,

Recently Supreme Court had upheld the high court order on Arkavathi Layout

If we recall BDA was suppose or allot 20000+ sites, instead it allotted aroun 10000 and even those
were in some sort of trouble.

By this recent supreme court order mean the old allottees will get thier sites or will BDA go for a new
procedures. Can someone give more information on this. How the further action by BDA could be?

at present things are not clear, whether its for the presently allotted 9000+ sites or BDA's plan of the entire 20000 sites. Only BDA can clear the doubts after receiving the official documents.

Though as per the news paper reports Honble Supreme court has upheld the Notification of the BDA with some guidelines , but picture is not clear.

Final opinion can be given only after obtaining judgment copy .
