BBMP Approved Layout

Hi All

I came across a layout which has got the BBMP Layout Approval recently. So far I have not heard of any layout being approved by BBMP. Please note that it was not by any of the old CMCs or Grampanchayats. It is by the BBMP and the BBMP stamp is available on the blue print of the layout map. Any idea from when onwards BBMP started approving the layouts, with the BBMP limits /

Isn't good to go ahead with the approvals, if we make sure that rest all docs are fine ?
