Hello All,

I am looking for site in and around Sarjapur(Around 5 km from Sarjapur busstand). What is the on going price in this area?
There are few layouts on NH207- the prices are in range of 1400 to 1600 with BMRDA approval.

Any Good Layouts to consider. Any Layouts that we should avoid - it could be due to various reasons, litigations,
bad location, developer not keeping up promise. etc.

Any inputs would help.
