Due-Diligence before buying.. A must-do!

People,
I came across this website - clearvalue.in - which is a due-diligence repository containing the Bangalore BDA & BMRDA CDP Maps and Guidance Value Information. It is like a must-check website before buying any kind of property - be it apartments or plots, to ensure that the land-use zoning is correct. This will ensure that we will not end up buying plots in Green-belts & Agriculture zones where the buyer will not get permission to construct a house even if the plot is in his/her name.
We also get to know the alignment of major ring roads like STRR, PRR, ITRR, Town Ring Roads and other major planned roads... By this we can make sure that the plot we're buying doesn't come in the way (acquire) for those kinds of roads... It was very hard to know that earlier.. Kudos to the folks at Clearvalue...
Cheers,
Ashwin

Direct link of other websites is not allowed in this forum since we have cyber complaints from many other sites about unwanted traffic from our forum and wanted the links to be deleted.
