SLN city krishnappa layout khata

Hi,
I got site registered through society at doddamaranahalli near magadi road sometime back. I am now looking for procedure to get khata in my name. Society has not given any document other than sale deed. I think i need to have layout plan from bmrda and dc conversion details.

Has anyone has successfully got khata? They say now it is online process..

Please help with any info you may have...

Hi Mahesh

Society people could have collected 5k in cash thru you while registering the property.

During registration they usually give only sale deed. you need to visit the society after couple of months, they ll have the khata already done for you.

Hope you would have arleady got the khata done by now.
