Realty Broker Firm named "Om shakthi entrprises"

In the recent past i have been searching online for layouts in and around kanakapura road. I see several ads in sites like 99acres.com from a particular real estate broker company named "Om shakthi entrprises". At the end of each ad this is what i find:

Does anyone know about the reputation and reliability of this particular broker? I will start looking for a plot in this area soon and any feedback from you will be highly appreciated.

go to that broker office and ask near by people from how long they are there and how they deal in the bussiness and if you can ask the broker it self any of his clients where he bought for them nor sold for them ask there details and ask about experence.
