Telecom Society Raided

Day before yesterday Income Tax department has raided on the Telecom Socity which is working on 11 layouts(2 are completed and rest in progress status) in Bangalore for irregularities and malpractices and using unaccounted money using 2 land developers as business partners. They have only around 2000 members and around 9000 associate members. Be judicious in dealing with this kind of society layouts in future.

Does this include Telecom layout - Golden Lake as well?

I assume this is the society which is doing "Green Field Garden"(GFG) Layouts in Ballary Road and Sarjapur Road.

Last Month another telecom layout and its partners(ESS ESS Infrastructure Owned by X-Minister Ramdas Family) which has done Brahmananda sagara,
Nithyananda, Paramananda..... in mysore are raided.

Does that have any effect on us who have bought plots and not yet allotted. My site at Kuberanandasagara is not yet allotted since 2 years saying in next allotment. They are not taking the calls, any news on this please share.

Hi all,
I have applied for a site @kuberanandasagara phase 1. I have never had a pending payment , meaning every payment was made on time and even the appreciation amount for the site value was given on time in the year 2010. But till now they are pushing me saying that the farmers there are still not giving it to the society and everytime they make some new reason until last month nov 2020. I have the allotment letter sent in 2010.

Please suggest what should I do now ?

The whole layout was done long back and even the Developer ESS & ESS Infrastructure is also selling their sites to the general public and already couple of houses already built up in that Area. Looks like the society already sold out all their sites and still lot more applicants are there.

Better not to delay anymore, file a case in the Consumer Forum.
