Recently happened to visit konankunte and found that lot of developments are happening like widening of konankunte road and development of certain establishments.

So what do u feel w.r.t potential of this area given that it has access to kanakpura road and BG road and ring road.

I feel that this area has tremendous potential fro improvemnt especially along main road

your opinions regarding this area and ongoing rates here are highly appreciated

in the recent years, Real estate investment is not that much attractive like earlier, investing today and getting the returns in next 4-6 months.

As the real estate sector is also a cyclical one and currently it is under downwards mode and it is not yet reached its bottom.
If you want to invest as of now, you must be ready to wait for next 4 years, so that once again the field is going to peak on the positive side.
