Is Rs.1300 p.sq.ft is a realistic price for plot at Confident Atria (on Sarjapur Road). thanks for any inputs.

I have a site 30x40 on Sarjapur -Attibele road- BMRDA approved layout.. Rs.1100/- per sq ft ..heard Infy will setup a huge campus next to it.. indus school and other international schools etc are in the vicinity...Let me know if interested

Hey, just remembered, mine and my relative's plots are next to each other 30x40 is the size of each plot. Incase you are interested let me know i will talk to them.
