looking to invest in south -southeast blore

Hi,

I have been silent observer in this forum for past few months. There is lot of useful information in this forum. Hence I thought I can ask this questions to all the knowledgeable members of the forum.
I am looking for investing in south -south east bangalore. Is there any gated comm sites available for around 500. It is purely for investment purpose, not planning to build house for next 10 years.
If u guys hv any feedback on Prashanti central ( somewhere near chandapur anekal), Celebrity Sigma or any other projects in those area. I have not visited either of the location, don't know how good they are.
