Royal Lakefront Club Member Ship

Hello All,

I am planning to take a member ship in Royal Lake Front Club ,situated near HM World City/Nandi Apartments, JP Nagar 9th Phase.

1. Any idea what due diligence/investigations I should do before handing over the member ship amount ?
2. Any body who is already member there , could you please let me now how good the facilities are there ?
3. Any idea how much they are charging for the life time member ship now?

hmmm....talked to them....Cluc member ship charges are 80K initially and 4.8K every ear...I felt its just too much and dropped the idea
