I am looking for a site in upkar meadows. The developer is quoting around 1600 per sq foot. I looked at the site and it seems to be a ok layout with few houses being under construction not a lot though.I had read few bad reviews about water scarcity being a problem in this layout with the bore well being failure. There is no cauvery water only bore well. Does anyone specifically know about this being the problem.
Also any review about the developer( pos/ neg) : upkar developers as such will be much appreciated

One of my relative has purchased a site in Upkar meadows last year @ Rs.1100 and is planning to construct his house from next month onwards.
Two weeks back he got the borewell drilled and got one and half inch water at 830 ft.

I had booked site 210 there maybe 5 years or so back. Later I decided not to go for it because travelling would have been a big problem because of distance. The developer promptly returned my booking amount of 1L within a week and only some minor legal fees was deducted for the agreement paperwork. I didn't have to do any followup or anything. So my experience with them has been positive.

Other than that, there is not much appreciation there I feel. Other than one or two shops in the village outside for basic stuff, there was hardly anything else available anywhere nearby. For everything else you would have had to travel a great distance. Dont know what the situation is now. But in the same price range, comparatively Nisarga and Pride Vatika seemed to have more facilities back then and now.

Hi,i am looking for a site in upkar meadows and they are quoting around Rs1400 to 1500 per sq feet.They also mentioned it is the same price for springfield and greenfields also.can some one please suggest me is this reasonable price to invest in Upkar or will you please suggest me any other venture in and around.

My sister is planning to buy a plot in Upkar Meadows to construct their house in a year's time.They have finalized a site but registration is yet to be done.
