I dont know about village maps. But if you want to verify the survey numbers w.rto whether they are in the green/yellow or red zone in cdp, all you have to do is go to the bda kumarapark office betwen 3 and 5. On the third floor there is a place where you can tell that you cant to verify the survery number. If I am not wrong, hulimavu and kammanahalli comes under begur (3.18) or anjanapura(3.20) maps. So if you have the survery number and appropriate location you can go through the maps and identify whether your property comes under agricultrural or residential zone(yellow). It is free of cost and you dont have to pay a single paisa. However, they would charge you 250 bucks if you need a print out of the same to take home.

I feel the respective Sub-registrar's office will have the map of the layout of the area which comes under their jursidiction. Recently When i visited one of the broker's office in BSK 6th Stage, he had a big map of the Entire BSK 5th and 6th stage covering all the blocks, which was very very useful, had every details of each and every site location, road names, block details....etc. The agent said, he got that map from the Sub-registrar's office.
