Hi All,

I am Santhosh new to this form.
Have planned to buy a house and in the process finalised few houses near jnanabharathi 2nd stage bhuvaneshwari nagar on the way to matha amrtuha ashram.
Here are are queries.

1. Does the layout come under BDA or BBMP(cause the broker told the land is BDA , but the road crossing board was saying BBMP ward number 135).
2.What is the land price near 14main jnanabharathi 2 nd stage.The hosue is located in 15th main( the road crossing board is empty so assumed its 15th main ) opposite to a proposed park.

Saw one more house 30x40 next to amma ashram.I Am not sure as to which layout it comes.the house is opposite to KPSCC layout Can you please help me .

Dear Santosh ,

Please clarify whether you saw sites in JB 2nd block or Bhuvaneshwari Nagar as there is only one road which differentiates both these areas .Bhuvaneshwari Nagar is a revenue layout and JB 2nd Block is a BDA area .Going by your mail and assuming you have seen the house in 14th or 15th Cross it is a BDA Layout .

Majority of the houses on these 20 x30 plots or 20 x 40 plots are constructed by the builders mainly from Chittoor .Average price per sq.ft in this area for the plot is Rs.3000/- ( It may vary also in some cases ).You need to assess the quality of construction before you zero on .

Thanks a lot for the reply Satish. You are correct its a BDA layout. 20x30 build house. price quoted per sq.ft is INR 4000/-
