Issues with odd size sites

Hi, we come across odd size sites like 32x 40 or 32x 42 etc. Are such sites problematic from the point of view of setbacks required being more than the standard 30x40 or are there other problems?

If a site is 32x40 or 32x42 first have the papers checked if its actually the size quoted, if it is the genuine size feel good that you are getting some extra space, a odd site effectively means one which is having different sizes on all four sides Eg: Lenght : 37 ft on one side 42 feet on the side, Breadth: 26 feet on one side and 34 feet on the other, or a site with just 3 corners etc....
