Is it worth buying a house in Nisarga Layout or Nandanavana Layout of Nirman Shelters in South of Bangalore near Bannerghatta National Park?

Does these properties have any Legal litigations?

Is there any water problem in these areas especially the water logging in the ground water and dried up borewells etc.

These layouts are depending only on ground water they don't have Corporation or Cuvery water.

They are quoting 54.5 Lakh approximately for a 3BHK house with site area 1825 Sft.(super built up area 1713 Sft) They are selling just the plots for Rs.1000 to Rs.1200 per Sft.

What would be the best price for this locality, knowing this is too far from the city.

If Nisarga Layout plot prices are INR 1000 I will buy it blindly, I think you are talking about Nandavana layout which is a part of nisarga developers 2 kms inside from main road (where nisarga is located). In nisarga there are no direct plots for sale as all are sold out and very nice layout with 300 homes, i came across a reseller for 40*60 south facing he quoted INR 1800 but negotiable let me know if ur interested
