Friends Nice if we could share our experiences with Layouts on Hosur
Road or B.G Road.
This would give other members a feel on the, On going price, Location,
Is it livable, Reputation of the builder, Accessibility Etc.

I did real hard ground work visiting few layouts. Let me tell you one
thing, The prices in layouts are softening. Earlier every day there
would be different price. Unrealistic growth.
