I am looking for site in BDS garden hennur , spoke to broker he says site is under B khata . If I buy site in B khata , will I get house construction loan n approval ? Is it good to buy B khata site ?Anybody purchased site in BDS garden ? what is the current price ? And I also saw site in kanakashree layout , which layout is better ?

Hi Sujata, you will find extensive discussions on A and B khatas on this forum- please go through them for a balanced view. In summary, you won't get a loan from any reputed bank for a B khata except some institutions like DHFL, Tata capital etc.
