BDA site with high tension wire

Hello all,

I have a corner BDA site around ring road with high tension wires passion on top of the site.
I cannot build any residencial or commercial property below it as per rules.
can any one let me know what is the best way of getting reimbursement from BDA? or can anyone suggest the best alternative way to make money out of this site.

Its really surprising, that a body like BDA allotted u such a site.what is the height of the lines from ground level ?

it was not aolloted, its my ancestral property.. and the wire is like 2 floor height from ground

It's very risky to shift High tension line, if its higher capacity lines-then approvals from Top officials reqd, fight against BDA if it was there verymuch when site alloted otherwise problem
