I recently bought the 30*40[Corner] site in Narayana nagar 3rd block,

I found this site has high court issue which was also solved, verified through lawyer. I even see some apartments are under construction in the same area.
Will there be any problem in this area in future ?
Can I construct house immediately [A Khata is inprogess] ?
Will this area get appreciation soon, which is 0.5k to posh Doctors Colony , behind a double way road with long park, and Metro rail link.

I did look at this layout a few months back and really liked it as the plan has wide roads and a scenic lake/Kumarans school next to it. Since the layout had a pending court case, the running rates were at least 500 Rs lower than surrounding BDA approved layouts. When I did the verification, there were more cases pending than the high court case which was resolved recently. In some parts of the layout the original land owners were creating trouble when folks started constructing.
If all the cases have been settled indeed, I think this layout will develop very fast given the value for money for land here and the fact that everything upto this layout is well developed
