Hi,
IS any one aware of the current prices at Green wood regency (land) adjacent to wipro corporate office , Sarjapura.

i saw a plot and was negotiating with the seller , any rough price quote will help, i heard that the area doesn;t have ground water , so water needs to be procured.
i have offered 2500/- sqft as i felt that the current ate at sarjapura road near wipro corporate office is around that.Just want to recheck the price b4 negotiating further,

Is any one aware of any issues with Green wood regency , if yes pls do share.

Hi Hari ,
I am not sure about green wood regency ,but the RBD layout was 2800/- during 2nd half of 2008. Given the recession the prices fall to 2500/- now (min plot size available is only 40x60).Keeping this as reference 2500/- for green wood regency is little on higher side .I think 2200/- would be good negotiable price.
