Friends, i have few set of simple queries please help.

I plan to buy a BBMP site( previously ) DC converted. Guidance value is 600 rs. i plan to buy 1200sq feet plot.

Question 1 : Can i register BBMP Plot immideately? how many days doe it take

Question 2 : How much would be the registration cost, including bribe.

Question 3 : Broker is charging 2 %. Is this fixed or can negotiate


Most important. Payment to Owner is done after registration or should be given before taking the papers?
