About Vikas nagar Layout - Sarjapura

Hi All,
Could you update me about "Vikas Nagar" layout approved by BMRDA at Sarjapura. They are quoting Rs.900/- per sft. Planning to buy a site, also if anyone interested to invest there plz get in touch.

If you are planning to buy a site do let me know,I can get you a far better price in vikasnagar itself.

Thnx Jignesh, I have opted out of the plan, as Vikas nagar, i foundout is entangled with some problems in the title. Decided to go in for a 100% released BMRDA layout, where chances of getting entangled in a problem can be avoided. At the same time doubtful if the rates would be reasonable in such a layout.
