Going rates in Akshaynagar East - near DLF

Can anybody update me the prevailing rates in Akshaynagar East - near DLF. It's a BBPM approved site with A - Khata.
I have a 40 X 60 site and planning to sell it off. It's a 40 X 60 East facing site.
