which is better place for investment BSK 6th stage or JP Nagar 8th-9th Phase
in terms of fast development , future growth, connectivity and good rental returns

Better investment is BSK 6th in my opinion. Anjanapura is also a good option.

Right now the land price in JP nagar 8th phase is higher than BSK 6th stage. If the plan is to construct in next 1 to 2 years then JP nagar 8th phase is better option and if it is just for investement BSK 6th stage is gud. Kanakapura rd and Bannerghatta rd is near to JP nagar and easy access to IT coridor. Gov has officially approved Metro Phase 2 which has route from gottigere and anajanapur layout. I belive JP nagar 8th and 9th phase is between these two lines.

I too think in the same line.. If its for immediate construction JP Nagar 8th phase is very good an option . BSK6/Anjanpura might be considered if the investment horizon is anything about 3-4 years only.

At this point in time I dont think there is not much to choose between the 2 areas. It all depends on the future development activities.

Gottigere is around 1 KM from JP Nagar 8 phase. If the metro plans materialise then prices in JP Nagar 8 phase will increase like in Byappanahalli. There are plans to widen the road from JP Nagar 7 phase to Kothnur.

I am not sure about the development activities in BSK 6 stage.
