Documents to be verified?

Hi all,

We are in the process of buying one BIAPPA approved site near bangalore international airport.

I have the zerox copies of all the BIAPPA approval and farm land sale deed and site sale deed with me.

How do i verify that these are the valid papers and not fake ones? We have taken one lawyer opinion based on these zerox copies. He is telling papers are clear as per the copies.

Please guide me on this and also kindly give me good lawyer reference.

As you already contact a lawyer, he is best person to guide you regarding the authenticity of documents, also You may need to visit the offices of authorities who have issued/registered those papers.
