Is any one aware of NRI layout near Banswadi, KR Puram side.
I want to know whether it is approved layout or not ? The current rates being quoted are around 1000 - 1200/- .
The layout looks good so want to check whether it is authorised with clear titles.

A few months back one of my colleague purchased a plot at 1400/sft in NRI layout from riches builders (not sure of the builder name). I felt he didn't negotiate hard. The developer had tied up with Punjab National Bank. Not all banks fund for purchase of such sites. The layout plan approval was from panchayat which means that the plan approval was done before this area came under bbmp limits.
I too had some offers for 1100 to 1200/sft in NRI layout. But those sites didn't have khata (which means no loan) which is why I dropped out and zeroed in for a plot in a layout in horamavu (adjaecnt to NRI layout) which had bbmp khata (which means I can avail home loan) for 1375/sft.
As far as the titles are concerned it depends on the site that you are looking. A legal consent is advisable.

Thanks for sharing the info .Even i was also getting similar feedbacks from my colleagues whom i enquired.
Can you share some more details on which layout you bought, is any more plots available ?

Have you got any updates on this NRI Layout ?
Recently I met with my lawyer and as per him, this is one of the good layout without any legal issues/disputes. Also I have seen some websites and found socio political person Revanna has developed this layout. I have not gone to the location, but I am planning to check the area once.
