I've recently zeroed in on a plot in this layout which is in Banjara layout of Horamavu. Anybody else who bought here or plans to buy here ?

Hi Akula,

I am planning to go for a plot in Green Garden in Horamavu. One of my friends told me that because this is a private layout, in future Government will not develop civic amenities though it collects all taxes from the residents. He warned me that maintenance of such layouts will be exorbitant and will be much more than maintenance charges in apartments? Is it true?

I am interested to buy a plot in Banjaralayout, horamavu.
But I am afraid of land issues as it is not approved by BDA/BMRDA and not DC converted.

As per seller it seems Bank loan will not be sanctioned for the plot.

We are planning to buy a plot in Venus Green gardens(Phase II). It is DC Converted but does not have A Khata. It has B Khata. Is there any risk in buying land with only B Khata. Please let us know if someone has already bought a land in Green gardens. my mail id is akshatha.naik@live.com

Even I am looking at Venus-Green Gardens Phase II. Can anyone shed more light on this property from a legal point of view and issues which maybe encountered in future with B extract. Apparently Bank loan is available for this site.
