There is a clause saying if you want to apply for sites from any of these authorities, one should not own any site/ residence already, including their dependents/family.

My query is
a. Is it that the owned site/residence should not have been allotted by these authorities i.e at discounted rates?( eg. Bought from allotted persons paying current market price)

or is it any owned site/residence by what ever means then one can not apply for Site.
Any info on this please.

The documents say that the applicant or his/her immediate family members should not have any house or sites allotted from any government bodies like as u said BDA/KHB/MUDA. does not say anything about if you are second owner of govt body site/house .

you or your family members/dependants should not have got direct allotment of sites/houses from any of the Govt aided Bodies(Like BDA/MUDA..etc, KHB, or even from Co-operative societies within karnataka.
