Real Estate Frauds on Rise

Hi all,
We have seen several cases of fraudulent real estate deals happening in Bangalore. Orange Properties, Mega City Developers, MetroCorp, Ittina have been cheating people openly. Whereas other well known developers have resorted to malpractices harassing the individual property owners.
Few Smaller developers are genuine but most of them are fly by night builders. We are seeing increasing number of litigation with respect to properties in Bangalore? Officials who are supposed to tackle this menace are themselves involved in corrupt deals, scams.
In this scenario, will the dream home remain a dream ?
I have been blogging and creating awareness about such scams and want to create a database of all fraudulent builders, their motives etc so that future buyers are aware before handing over their hard earned money. Your inputs are welcome on how we can take it forward.

Hi,
To add your blog entries or websites you need to add our forum details first in your blogs. If you are really concerned about scams in real estate you should have added our "mybdasites" forum for helping out lakhs of people .
I can see none of the articles published in your blog are your own, neither you mentioned credits to the actual content owners.

I dont mind adding your forum in scamalert******, However, I dont accept the fact that none of the content is original. Have you bothered to read before commenting ?
Can you mention anywhere on the internet about MetroCorp which we have collected ********************
I dont deny that mybda is existing since a long time and serving its purpose, However you should be open to other people's inputs.

My Appolizes it's not none of your articles, many of your articles are collected from other blogs and no credits mentioned.
You can only share your blog details on sharing your knowledge here.Once you gain your rank we will allow you to use your blog signature in all your posts.
Its our very simple principle of "give and take" followed in our forum.

You have too much of a ego problem. All my articles are unique and pass the duplicate checker from copyscape.
I dont have to justify it to you as you would come back with the same copy paste answer "you didnt mention the credits to original author" etc
It shows how insecure you are since you edited my post above. I wouldnt mind spending time on this forum to understand on the real estate frauds. But it looks like you wont let me use this forum in first place.

I could see your posts just as a kind of advertising for your scamalert****. Other than that, I do not see you have any interest in this forum.
Just an example, this site does exists for a long time (almost from 2 years) you have joined on Sep 23rd and tried to publish your site info etc. If at all you have bothered that much about the RE scams and all, why you have not mentioned them here in early ? Do you think this site is not fit for that ? Have you remember this site only after you start putting the things in scamalert****? Or to be more clear, you have seen this site just fit for advertising for the scamalert**** ?
Here the Forum is running on the Give & Take policy. You may be allowed to do advertising, but prior to that you should also give something to the forum.
