Wanted to know the current market price in the following areas:
1. ITI Layout - Nagarbhavi (RE Agent quote - 4000/sqft)
2. D Group Employees Layout - Nagarbhavi (RE Agent quote - 3200-3500)
Is the price quoted by the RE Agents the actual price of these layouts?

RE what quoted may be nearly correct. If possible try to get the contact no of the owner from neighbour houses. They may be having. If you get an touch directly to the landowners then you may get 150 to 200 less. Even i also stay in ITI layout. Next to my house the vacant land 35*65 was sold last month at 3500/- p.sq.ft. but the RE person told as 4500/-. You can try your luck.
